Eventually plucked up the courage to try it 2 days ago - OMG!! My hair is smooth and straight and has a lovely ashy colour - no brassy blonde for me any more. Will be interested to see how long it lasts, I've not washed it yet. It is a bit painful to use as the clarifying shampoo and the product make your hair very knotty and difficult to comb through but it is worth it.
