It comes wiith a US charger, so a convertor is required. The cleaning is pretty simple . This vaccum cleaner is light weight and cordless so making cleaning very very simple and quick. It requires emptying after every use. The machine requires 3-4 hours of charging . I used them every day for 5 -10 mins and it lasted for a week, so I am not sure of the duration the battery life could last.
