Review: Baby's 2nd Christmas - My daughter LOVES snowglobes, snowmen, music, and most importantly: BIRDS. We have to get the snow globe down once a week (I have no say in the matter), and put him next to an old one I found, and we talk and she kisses them. It hasn't been dropped yet (thank Dasher) but it has been bonked into other things, shaken around (she's very careful but still), listened to, etc. Thing is GORGEOUS. It's good and hefty but still manageable by my baby, has a graceful snowfall effect to it, the music seems slightly slow? but she's okay with it (honestly it creeps us out but I think it needed to be wound up a few times). My only complaint is the winder is right next to one of the feet for it to stand on and it hurts to wind up. Thankfully, she only listens to the song once and puts them all back. Engineering obviously didn't care about this little design hiccup but given how pretty, otherwise well made and happy she is with it, I have no complaints.
Review: Beautiful - This snow globe is beautiful, and arrived in perfect condition. The snow is very fine and extra pretty. The only thing with ours is the music it plays is not pretty and is indiscernible, we can't recognize the song. Lol. It's not a big deal for us, we like the beauty more than the music, but if the tune matters to you, it might be an issue.
