Great taste. Delicious on chicken and flavorful on other foods like green beans or Kale.

Adds so much flavor and texture. I use it instead of breading on poultry. Less carbs, lots of flavor. Just perfect for our taste.

Most poultry seasonings contain sugar, which blackens/chars if you cook at high temp. I found that chicken on the grill turns out best for me at 1 and a bit hours at 400F. Cooking low and slow ends up with a dried out chicken and not crispy skin. A poultry seasoning with sugar will turn the chicken black as coal since sucrose turns black somewhere between 250F and 340F. The flavor of this seasoning is great, you can cook at 400F and achieve delicious crispy skin and it doesn't result in a "blackened" chicken. Worked great on our Thanksgiving turkey too, which I spatchcocked and cooked in 1.5 hours (9lb bird) on my pellet smoker.

I have been buying this seasoning for over a year. Like many I needed to watch my salt intake:( This product has no MSG and is low in sodium. Unfortunately sometimes lack of salt means lack of flavor. Not with my poultry seasoning. I put this on chicken, pork, beef, and even seafood. Please note there is still some salt in the product. The only warning I give is when get to about half the content maybe shake it up a little. The salt granules are smaller than most of the seasoning so they'll fall to the bottom of the container. So many a time when I'm almost done with the container, I'll season my food, and my food will taste kind of salty. If you shake it up a little midway the salt will even out some.

If you like a well seasoned Chicken, Vegetables or Soup, this is a great seasoning. I purchased a small bottle for my grocery store, and used it so quickly, I purchased the large one. This will be a goto spice for you. Highly recommend
