This item is non-alcoholic so it is safe to use and drink for anyone. Regardless of what some people may say, I like the taste of this syrup as it has the taste of citrus with lemon and lime, the spicy kick with cloves and bitter almonds as well as sweetness with vanilla and its own sugars. This syrup is quite strong, so it will go well with most fruit juices including tropical ones although when it comes to hot drinks, I wouldn't suggest mixing it with ordinary coffee as it will easily overpower it as I learnt the hard way, best use it on latte as Monin would recommend. Overall another wonderful syrup made by Monin and when combined and shaken with other ingredients this will certainly create good cocktails or mocktails for you depending on your preference. Will definitely use it to make my own take of tiki style drinks whenever the opportunity comes. The quantity is 70l, which is very large and therefore very suitable for professional bartenders and for large groups of people having the own party at home. Very tasty and glad that I had purchased it especially at a good reasonable price. ### ⭐⭐ Doesn't give traditional Falernum flavour IMO *by P***N on 13 June 2019* Whilst the product is as described, a Monin syrup, it does not taste as expected of Falernum as a flavouring, which is typically a tropical taste.
