Bought it to use on our tile floors.Can go right along the wall. Versatile swivel head. Goes flat for getting under the bed. Automatically delivers appropriate amount of steam (you don't have to keep hitting the steam release). Floors dry quickly. Long cord. Lightweight.I was disconcarted at first as I ordered "Luukmonde" & the steamer says "Sason". + the packaging label is written in Chinese & has a Chinese address. I thought "oh dear".I know we get lots of things from China but this is in your face obvious. They are in need of a technical editor. Put the directions together instead in between warning and cautions would be a good start. When they say see fig. E, there should be a fig. E. The figures have numbers not letters. No mention of figures with numbers. The machine puts down lots of water and not much steam. I used it 30 minutes ago and the tile is still wet. The cleaning cloth is dripping wet. They tell you to look at page 18 and there are only 17 pages. You can certainly tell this was made in China probably at a sweat shop. There are things I like about it.First, the electrical cord is long. It glides easily over my tile floors. It also heats up quickly.Things I don't like about this item is the lack of finding additional microfiber pads to go with it. It also does not clean well along the baseboards. The pads are very thin and get dirty quickly, thus the need to buy more pads. Also, you cannot use any type of solvent or cleaner in this one; only water.
