After two failures I bought her an automatic turner. Failed again. After that I added a third thermometer. Turned out the the internal thermometer moved inside it's graduated holder. The lid thermometer was off by 8 degrees. I bought a Zoo Med Digital Terrarium Thermometer and two traditional ones. I wanted to be sure the temperature was accurate. All three of the thermometers agreed to within .5 degrees. To complete the thing I also purchased the Forced Air Fan Kit. My Farm Innovator Incubator already had the connectors for the fan and mounting holes already partially punched through. Installing it was a breeze with a screwdriver. The temperature inside the incubator is constant. The fan does cause moisture to condense on the Plexiglas window. I can't see how that will cause any issues. My house, being drafty, is not ideal for the use of a still air incubator, but the cost of a circulating air incubator was much more. When I found this fan to convert my still air incubator into a circulating air incubator, Inourxhased it immediately. It installed in less than a minute or two and my hatch rates have greatly increased due to the air circulating inside the incubator.
