Plenty of fluff; very little stuff.  This book is neither by nor for professionals.  Mostly wasted space borrowed from other sources and pumped up to fill out the hefty 400+ pages.  Twenty pages of a single spaced chronological list of riots through out history with no accompanying analysis; a section on nutrition including the food pyramid; pages and pages of dated manufacturers photographs and other enlightened gems of knowledge.  Apparently a nom de plume; probably a complete fraud.
