Based on the 5 star reviews, I bought it. To be honest it works as well, if not better than my expensive one. and I have severe hearing loss. The pluses are: no batteries to buy, no filters to buy, and no domes to buy. Once you find the correct ear piece for your ear, it is quite comfortable.
