It has the same format as the coiled IWP planner but is lighter weight and lesss bulky. A plus for me is that the font is much bigger! Some reviewers say the quality of paper is inferior to the other iwp products but I find it only slightly less heavy and still is fine with my Frixion pens and planner stickers.I also really like the cover; a sturdy plastic or vinyl. The whole thing is like carrying a spiral notebook around.
