**Q: What is the rat card for?**
A: The Safe full of rats is treated like any other Safe card (with gold, guns, etc inside). However, the Safe with rats is not worth anything, so it is usually the worst Safe to own. It can be used as a decoy safe (trick someone into stealing it instead of one of your valuable safes).

**Q: Can this be played played solo?**
A: There is not a solo mode. 2-9 players.

**Q: Is this a good 2 player game?**
A: We haven't played just 2 players, we have 7 people in our family.  It has special instructions for 2-3 people, and I would imagine it would still be fun. The game is one of our family favorites!

We LOVE this game! My boyfriend and I play board games almost every weekend. I originally bout the Salem/Bristol combo for him for Christmas and both were a big hit. (Salem is probably my favorite social deduction game...similar to Secret Hitler but with many more dynamics.) I bought Deadwood for him for Valentines Day and I honestly didn't think I would like it as much because I'm not a big fan of the old Wild West, but I was wrong! I love it! It's so much fun and pretty easy to learn. We took it on vacation with us last week, and his 13 year old nephew played for the first time and won the game! It is also a fairly quick game so you don't have to devote half the night to it...we usually play a few games in a row and it is a great one to start off the night. I look forward to more games from this company in the future.
