I previously bought one that seems to be the most possible configuration: a stainless steel rack that is essentially a series of right angles. Didn't work at all for my needs, but I'm sure would be good for assembling floppy soft tacos. The right angled rack was too wide and the right-angled bottom allowed--almost ensured--the shells would fall over and lose their contents.This one is PERFECT for hard taco shells. The series of curves is much more effective at keeping the shells upright during taco assembly. The curved bottom and narrow width (1 3/8") provide a secure trough.
