FortiFlora Veterinary Diets Probiotic Dog Food Nutritional Supplements (2 Pack) 30 ct. boxes

I've never had an issue with Purina FortiFlora before. The. Powder is always a light coffee creamer color. This batch was a dark coffee ground color. I thought it was a little strange at the time. I have two 4 month old 40 pound Labrador Retriever puppies. I sprinkled one pkt per day on each of their bowls. Within 24 hours, they both had explosive diarrhea which lasted for days. I took them both to the vet, had them tested for parasites, Giardia, and Parvo all of which they both tested negative for everything. Needless to say I ended up with a $180.00 vet bill. And the product is not returnable. Very disappointed.

SO worried. I read these reviews after I gave my dog one of the packets from this exact two pack. Opened it and it smelled truly horrible / different from previous batches but thought I was overreacting and it was just the liver smell. My dog ate it and now seeing these recent reviews I’m so worried about his safety and kicking myself for giving it to him at all!!! Took pictures and threw it in the trash. Now we wait, I hope he’s ok.

DO N OT BUY, it is RANCID. Terrible smell when you open the individual packages. My dogs usually love this stuff. I add it to their food if they won't eat. NONE of them would touch their food with this on. I ordered from my usual supply and it dose NOT SMELL and the dogs love it. AND IT IS NOT RETURNABLE!!! There goes $52... :(

These smell different than previous Fortiflora purchased from our vet. They also have a different texture, color, and packaging (packaging is different texture) The barcode is covered up. I’d like to be provided with the barcode from the packaging so I can confirm authority with Purina. Why cover the barcode (or where the barcode should be) on the bottom?

I have been using this product for 5 years and the packs are bad. Terrible smell and product is hard. They do not allow returns. Based on the other reviews, I am guessing they know this product is bad. Seller should be shut down. I would like my refund.

I’ve never had an issue with this product in the past but this 2 pack I bought smells absolutely horrible and is cakey. Unfortunately it’s not eligible for returns so there goes $60 down the drain. Will not be purchasing from this vendor again.

In one of the boxes I ordered, there were only 13 packets inside the sealed box instead of 30. By the time I opened the box, it was too late to return it.I have no complaint with the product itself, but it's expensive and so very annoying that I didn't get all that I paid for.
