Smalls generally run too large for me in nylons (around and in length. I ordered the Small. These are perfect in length but run a little tight on the leg circumference and waist. It makes things pretty smooth, but they are very thin and already have a few run threat lines, so I'm expecting to wear them once or twice. Will have to try a medium next time. Also these are nylon and not breathable, so they run hot (I'm a human popsicle for reference point). Even though they're thin, I would only use them in winter/fall.Color: I got the dark tan shade, which is my color in summer, and it looks pretty nice.
