Works really well for my Intensity Workout and is easy to store and protect from my cats by simply draping my yoga mat over it when not in use. I do, however, need to use a folded up yoga/sticky mat underneat, as it can slide when doing front lunges on a carpet. No fault of the Bosu, just something I learned with certain moves. The sticky mat keeps it nice and secure and safe. The Bosu is very very challenging and takes a few weeks to master in terms of safety and being able to execute moves. My balance has increased to a degree I've never achieved before and I'm pretty stoked about that. I'm also able to do my entire intensity workouts, every move, after only two weeks of being a newbie. This is a smaller Bosu, so if you are tall or have a wide stance, you may want to buy the larger Bosu. I'm 5'6" and struggled a bit with it at first but realized it was because I was so bad at it. Hahah.
