An amazing company producing great value chairs, dealing with their support team has been a pleasure and i have felt like a valued customer, with the chair I love the wide seat because I like to sit cross legged and with other chairs you might get sore after a few hours of sitting in them because either they have raised bits either side of the seat that are purely aesthetic but dig into you so completely defeat the purpose or the arm rests will dig into your legs, this chair allows me to sit comfortably the way I want to. this chair has withstood the test of time, far longer than I thought it may have, I purchased the extended warranty and the company replaced the mechanism for me as the end that holds the back rest had cracked so the chair was pretty much in a permanent declined position, it arrived within a couple of days, everything else on the chair is still fine and working as intended.

When unwrapping the chair, the first thing I noticed was the quality. Even the instructions were quality, and very easy to understand. Although, I will say, the back rest to seat bracket can be misunderstood. It seems a bit tight to fit it the right way. I've attached a picture from an angle that shows the correct way round. Also, when attaching the arm rests, the screws may seem too short, just make sure that the material around the female socket is pushed down, to allow the arm rest to push in tight. I only received my chair yesterday, so, I can't comment on the longevity of the item, but, it all looks well worth the money, is very comfortable and looks like it's built to last. Time will tell. One thing, why have they attached the fire resistant label on the FRONT of the chair? I would highly recommend this item.

This reclinable and mobile chair replaced a fixed position gaming chair that my son was finding uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time. The Umi gaming chair was pretty easy to assemble, my 13 year old son did it all. He loves it, finds it really comfortable and really likes the fact that he can recline, that it has an extendable foot rest, and lumbar support. The chair looks stylish, well padded and sturdy. So far so good.

The best chair I've ever had. Supremely comfortable. Delivered earlier than expected and well packed. The height adjustment has better range than my earlier chair - and the reclining facility is bliss. This is clearly well made and well engineered as a quality item. In many respects easy to assemble and two people are not necessary. The bolts/screws and are capsule-packed and clearly labelled but I advise using containers to sort the contents by size and with care because the instructions although a dream to follow produce off results. After assembly I am left with some bolts with no apparent home - as is a medium sized [about 6 inches] solid item which is not mentioned on the instruction list and also has no apparent place to fix! Chair seems to operate well without it. Anyone assembling this item will do well to lubricate the bolts before insertion and note that in some places the holes do not exactly line up meaning that a lot of wiggling about proves essential. [Don't forget the washers - I did, however, pulling the entire thing apart did not appeal to me and washers are not strictly necessary.] It is also helpful to have small drill to deal with the bolt insertions - the tool provided whilst useful for giving a final tightening is a clumsy device as are most alan keys. Attaching one of the arms proved hard work due to indifferent holes line-up: this means not tightening as you go along to allow some wiggle room.This is a solid piece of furniture and heavy. Be sure to assemble in the room where it will be used otherwise the weight will be a problem if it is assembled on a lower floor and then carried up stairs. In fact it would have been impossible for me to get the thing upstairs due to space restrictions [my old one had to be partly broken down in order to get it downstairs to its new home in the dining room.] So do NOT fix the wheel base to the main chair seating slab, if taking to an upstairs room is planned.One final remark: the lumbar support cushion is not at all comfortable. Instead I use a luxury one purchased for my old chair. It offers real support and has the advantage for me of being familiar to my body.All told, a happy purchase. It looks good, feels good and is good. Expect to spend several hours putting it together if without extra help in the form of two extra hands.

Arrived in a timely manner. Courier had punctured box but due to the excellent packaging had not damaged the foam wrapped insides.No problems following the instructions putting together, except a small niggle with one of the arm fastenings. One of the threaded side bars the arm rest fits onto had the inside insulation stuck to it, no problem to scrape it off to get a decent fit but make sure you push the pleather back away from the end as it has a tendency to spring back and nearly cover the end, if it does and like me, you nip it you will struggle seating the arm correctly as it has to push on over the bar before inserting the screw. Apart from that..easy!Seat is nice and wide and thick which is something I struggle to find. (6ft, 16.5 stone). Back support takes a little getting used to and could do with a neck pillow/rest. I'll buy an aftermarket one. Overall an excellent chair for the money and a big improvement over my IKEA Markus chair (which gave me a square bum after 2hrs and I had to take the hard plastic arms off to sit comfortably). Seat a little firm and a 4hr stint is a little uncomfortable for me at least, maybe it needs breaking in..or a pillow .Besides a couple of minor niggles, liking it a lot so far.

Der Sessel kam schneller an als erwartet. Das Paket war schwerer als erwartet. Und beim Öffnen fiel mir der Schriftzug "Made in China" ins Auge. Meine Erwartungen sanken gewaltig.Und dann - die Anleitung nicht nur mit Ikea-Rätselbildchen, sondern auch mit einem gut verständlichen Text. Die Rollen ließen sich problemlos in die Halterungen schieben. die Gasdruckfeder senkte sich ohne Schwierigkeiten in ihre Halterung. Die Metallplatte, die unter den Sitz geschraubt werden musste, war so gut beschriftet, dass man beim besten Willen keinen Fehler machen konnte. Die Schrauben in einer Blisterpackung? Nein - man konnte sie von der Kunststoffseite der Packung durch die Papierseite auf der anderen Seite drücken. Und alle waren beschriftet, ebenso die Unterlegscheiben - kein umständliches Ausprobieren, welche Größe welche ist. Ein Fach war mit "Spare" beschriftet: es lagen sogar Reserveschrauben dabei. Wow! Wo gibt es denn so etwas noch? Alle Schrauben passten wie angegossen in die Gewinde.Nur eine Kleinigkeit, extra für Handwerkdummies wie mich: Markiert doch bitte auch, wie die Winkelstange für die Rückenlehne richtig angebracht werden muss. Ich hatte sie erst richtig angeschraubt, bekam Zweifel, war mir ganz sicher, dass sie andersherum geschraubt werden musste - und stellte am Ende fest, dass die erste Idee die richtige war. Da lässt sich noch etwas verbessern. (Für andere Handwerkerlaien wie mich: die untere Seite muss nach innen zeigen, also zum Stuhl hin. Dann passt alles.)Kurz und gut - der Aufbau lief wie am Schnürchen. Nein, nicht in 10 Minuten, wie ein anderer Rezensent schrieb. Dafür bin ich nicht mehr schnell genug. Aber in sehr akzeptabler Zeit.Ich sitze jetzt zum ersten Mal im Sessel, der ganz leicht über meinen Bodenschutz gleitet. Ob ich das Lendenkissen benutzen werde, muss sich noch zeigen. Die Höhenverstellung geht kinderleicht, die Lehnenverstellung auch. Die Fußstütze werde ich später am Abend ausprobieren, aber auch sie sieht durchdacht aus.Fazit: Wenn nicht in den nächsten Monaten der große Schock kommt, ist das ein Supersessel, der jeden Cent wert ist. Und ein ehrliches "Chapeau" an die Hersteller in China!Update: Nach knapp 2jähriger intensiver Benutzung hält die Gasdruckfeder den Sitz nicht mehr oben. Das ist sehr schade.

Cela fait 5 mois que je l'ai ! j'ai dut revisser les accoudoirs mais c'est normale. Je l'utilise comme siège de bureau je pèse environ 100 kg et au bout de deux mois il y a la trace de mes fesses dessus. Il est très confortable mais j'ai un doute sur la durer.Je l'ai pris en rouge il est conforme a sa description. Les colis est volumineux et lourd le dossier de la chaise est en un seule morceau donc c'est la longueur du colis. Il est très simple a monter et tous est fournit.Le coussin pour les lombaires est super bien on peu le régler ou l'enlever. seule bémol pour moi j’aurai aimer un coussin supplémentaire pour la tête surtout quand je l'utilise en mode allonger ou incliner pour regarder la télévision. Mais comme système D je prend le coussin des lombaires et c'est super comme cela! Au début j'ai trouver le re-pause pied fragile mais après 5 mois je n'est plus de doute dessus et résistera sur la durer.Pour le moment je ne regrette pas cet achat! C'est un bon rapport qualité prix pour moi.Nouveau commentaire:Voilà cela fait maintenant plusieurs année que je l'ai (soit plus de 4 ans ) et aucun problème mécanique. toujours aussi confortable.
