I got it ready to take on my trip when I realized it did not fit my cup holder which I never thought about. When I returned from my trip I emailed the company and received an immediate email stating they were sorry I was not happy and would I accept a 18 or 20 oz for free that would fit my cup holder free if charge. I was pleasantly surprised and said absolutely I would love the cup. They quickly got back with me, gave me a code to order another cup for free. The link worked well on Amazon and when I placed the order for the only color they had left in that size, there was only a charge of .20 as Amazon would only allow them to add 99% of the original. I was a very happy customer and should you consider this purchase, do not hesitate. They have excellent customer service making sure their customer are satisfied. The product is excellent and works as stated. The straw was the reason I wanted this product and it works when opened fully and it does not leak. I am not sure I have ever received such great customer service when I was not completely happy with my purchase.Beth ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best stainless steel water bottle for your money! *by J***A on June 16, 2018* I really wanted to get a Hydro Flask stainless steel water bottle, but I have some criteria:1) it must be 40oz or close to it2) it must have a straw lid3) I reallllly liked the ombré look (one color fading into another) on select Hydro flask water bottles.And a 40oz Hydro flask would cost $50, without purchasing a straw lid to fit it.Not to mention, the ombré look costs much more. I couldn’t shell out that much money on a water bottle, and I’m thankful for Amazon’s related search options because I stumbled across the Sucforst stainless steel water bottle.I couldn’t believe it— I could get a 36oz water bottle that came with TWO extra lids (including the straw lid!!) and get the identical ombré color, all for $26!?? Sold!!! This is such a great deal!!I’ve been using it and am stunned at how cold that double wall keeps my water in this fervent, oppressive Utah heat. Even when sitting in a hot car for several hours, or by my nightstand, it keeps my water magically cold. Even adding fridge water to my ice water keeps the new water in the bottle icy cold. I love the 36oz and that I don’t constantly have to fill up a 20oz water bottle. The ombré color is beautiful.I haven’t used the hot liquid lid or the main lid, but the straw lid works great. The only thing I didn't like is ... *by C***R on September 2, 2017* I spent a lot of time looking for a water bottle that not only kept water cold for at least 12 hours, but also had a straw. And, preferably, would fit in a cup holder in the car. Well, I found these and ordered the 32oz. I've found the smaller ones don't hold enough water for me. After receiving this bottle I was pleasantly surprised it actually fit in my cup holder. As promised, it kept my ice cold all night, all the following morning, and even through the day sitting in a hot car. Doesn't sweat either. It comes with 3 different lids which is pretty cool. The only thing I didn't like is the straw that came with the bottle doesn't like to stay connected to the lid when there's ice in the bottle for some reason. That's pretty annoying but I have tons of other straws so I just switched the straw with one I already had and that seems to have done the trick.
