Rhinestones are very shiny however the color is very very different from the photos. The peacock blue is very close in color to navy or sapphire. It is a very dark blue. I almost returned it thinking they sent me the wrong color. I also purchased the light purple and it is gorgeous.UPDATE: The seller contacted me and was concerned that I wasnt completely satisfied with my purchase and offered to make it right. I am still deducting one star because the color wasnt accurate but they deserve 5 stars for the customer service.
