I liked the sound of this Sally Williams product and have found it to be absolutely delicious. The texture of the nougat is similar to that of C&B, but the rice paper is less satisfactory. The biggest miss is the fruit in the C&B nougat. It is so long now since I tasted this I am uncertain whether there was anything more than cherry and nuts in it, though I suspect there might have been. Were the Sally Williams product to introduce such fruit I think I could become properly ‘hooked’! Quite expensive, but so was C&B!
