The seller doesn’t have 17.3 inch Nix digital photoframe.It’s takes a lot of correspondence with the seller if any problems persist.Even the amazon team itself doesn’t follow up the issues with the seller.It took around 20 days for me to get it properly responded from the amazon and seller, and when I asked for replacement of wrong product they didn’t do it and instead they gave me the refund. I was requesting both the amazon team and seller that the product is a gift item and it should be delivered before the scheduled time. These two teams have totally disappointed me with their back end work.

I did a lot of looking around for the perfect picture frame for Christmas, this one ticked all the boxes in regards to features, ease of use and looks. I think most picture frames have the problem with USB memory sticks due to the frame sitting angle, but if you get a short "stubby" memory stick then it should never be a problem, or simply use the SD card option if you can't find a stubby memory stick. I went for the USB option so it's easier to update/change photo's etc. using pretty much any device.It's easy to use, menu system is not overly complicated and it also comes with a remote which comes in handy, also the motion sensor means it won't be getting worn out whilst there is nobody looking at the photo's, so hoping it will last for many years to come.

Best gift I could have ever gotten my mum for her birthday. She was absolutely made up with this and the novelty has never worn off. I took pictures on my phone of all our old photographs from family albums then transferred them onto my laptop and then onto a separate mini USB storage that I purchased to go in the back (yes this is necessary to view them on this device). And it is so lovely to see pictures regularly that we otherwise would only see when choosing to get out family photo albums. So easy to add more photos to as more memories are made. If you are looking for a meaningful gift for a loved one, this is it.

Only 4 stars because the user guide is very basic and I had to email Nix to find out why some of my photos were not displaying. But thanks to Joe (ref=cm_cr_arp_d_wr_but_lft?ie=UTF8&channel=reviews-product&asin=B07GNDX71R) it was all sorted in a couple of very promptly replied emails. Must say that all though I was slightly disappointed with the user information given with the product, Joe was brilliant and cannot fault his customer service skills at all

This was perfect for my mum. She's in her 80s and still takes lots of photos on her travels but the pictures stayed on her camera and she couldn't share them with her friends. I took all her photos, organised them into folders by year or event on my laptop, labelled the folders then saved onto an SD card. With the card in the Nix frame, she was easily able to use the remote to choose a folder and play the photos to her friends! Memories restored! Priceless!!

The 8 inch screen provides good bright clear photos with plenty of options for setting up slide shows and does not need a wifi connection. The only negative view I have is that it is a bit sensitive to outside influence, if left connected to power when the frame is switched off. I have found that mains power restored after a cut will cause the unit to startup. The 8 inch size is just sufficient for my needs, the 10 inch would be better, but unfortunately does not have as good a resolution. Overall I am pleased with my choice.
