Unfortunately, my tap started to leak after just a few days. The plumber came back to investigate and concluded that it's a faulty unit. I contacted Amazon and was given 2 options; 1) get a full refund with or without a repurchase, but I have to fork out the plumber costs again even just to remove it, or 2) contact manufacturer under warranty. For option one, I wasn't even offered a special price if I wanted to buy a new one. So, I opted for the cost effective option, given the economy situation we all are in. But I'm still baffled that a brand-new product falls apart after just less than a week. Amazon customer service has also gone down hill since offshored to India. On this occasion they promised to call me back twice, but they failed both promises! Total bad taste in my mouth from both Amazon and Grohe.
