I add a little sauce to the spaghetti, maybe some mushrooms, and cook up some meatballs in the air fryer. For the rice, we cooked up steak strips, added some white rice hearts of palm, sweet peppers, mushrooms, and green onions, and it tastes yummy. And the calories are low as well. We highly recommend giving it a try.
