They seem sturdy and would hold up for multiple uses.The bad: The are hard to put on. Had to struggle to get them over the heel of my running shoe. Once on, they fit snuggly so squeezed my foot to the point of being a bit uncomfortable. The silicone smell is very strong. I have had mine out of the package to air out for 2 days and they still smell bad.
