Super fast! The packaging was highly protective BUT easy to remove. The chest itself is beautiful and without any flaws or scratches. The keys were in a top drawer. We plan to place the chest at the head of our central hall, on an Amish Oak table, and use it for household tools and gadgets, sorted by drawer and neatly arranged. Everything is now inside, and we still have two small drawers for other “stuff” like Scotch tape, scissors, USPS stamps..., even envelopes. We highly recommend this size chest for many uses, where the chest will be seen by guests.
