That it changes colour with heat cold etc it does.They said would send me another out& even took photos of 1 and asked if that would be ok& right for me.I couldn't see to well colour in photo, so they took more amazing.Asked if I happy, want it they would send it out . They did it's lovely. I'm over the moon with them& feel bad to make them to another& send out .I thought they from here but they not, so must cost them :'(.
