I don't have heat in my room and I like it cold when I sleep, but it isn't very nice when I get up to a cool room. I can program this heater to come on an hour or so before I get up and the chill is out of the room. I absolutely love this thing, I set the thermostat at a certain degree and it circles on and off. Can't say enough how much I love this thing.
