But a lot of dog beds are the similar, what makes Furhaven stand out from the rest is their 60 day warranty! Yes, you get a warranty. We were 50 days in and our new rescue decided he was going to take some anxiety out on his favorite bed. A few pics and an email to customer service and they SENT A NEW BED!! Hands down will order from them again and again, plus tell people about it. She digs in her bed to get comfy and this material doesn’t warp or tear. It’s soft and the lip or outer rail isn’t deflated like some have said but mine came in good condition and my dog doesn’t have a huge or heavy head. I haven’t washed it yet so that’s tbd but the outer layer comes off easy and I plan to wash on cold delicate.
