tried this product by the recommendation of nurse aesthetician..does lighten and fade freckles very well. be sure to start out slowly however, as it is very potent for the first time user. she suggested no more than once a week for 30 seconds..gradually increasing the time left on face. it does feel harsh on the face when first applied however, after you rinse it as directed, you skin feels soft and just a tiny bit tight. i think this is a great price for the produce received and especially the results I have seen for myself

I am a 46-year-old woman with fair skin. My skin is normal, but becoming drier and duller as I age and I just wanted to speed up the rate of exfoliation. I've been using this product for over a year. I wash and dry my face like normal, apply a thin layer of aquaphor around the eyes, nostrils and lips. I squeeze two full droppers of this peel into a petri dish and apply with a fan brush. I do it right before I shower and jump into the shower to rinse it off. I use the 20% lactic acid/ 5% kojic acid formulation. I am always surprised by how itchy, stingy, and uncomfortable this peel is for my skin. I am okay with this because I've tried other peels that were more comfortable and left them on too long and hurt myself. No chance that will ever happen with this one. I've had very subtle, cumulative results from using this product once a week. No obvious lightening of spots that I can notice, but my overall skin texture is finer. One 30-second application seems to gets rid of the dead skin cells that can't be removed by soap and water or mechanical exfoliation and leaves me nicely glowing for about a week. It's easy and fast and worth the time, and the product price is excellent.

To be honest the word acid combined with the word peel scared the $#!% out of me, and knowing that these are professional strength products did too. I had this scene play in my head where i wake up and my face melted off. LUCKILY...I got over my initial paranoia and tried it out. The first time i left it on for 30 seconds, but now i know most people could probably stand a good minute the first run and then time it from there. my skin is moderately sensitive and i didnt feel a lot of burning or crazy itching like ive heard happens. id say it tingles as if you poured soda on your face. Afterwords, my face feels really smooth and 2 days later the only thing peeling are my pimples. I'd buy this product again, in fact after i tried this i also purchased the 50% glycolic peel. The package came reasonably fast probably sooner if i lived in the west. A word of advice, when i use this product i set myself a little cup with baking soda/water mixture and leave a cotton ball soaking in it so i can use it to neutralize the acid on my face and stop the chemical process before i wash it off. I hope this review was more helpful than the ones i read before purchasing.

LOVE IT

This product does absolutely nothing! I have some dark spots on my forehead which I thought this would remove and it did nothing! I used the product as directed and my skin still looks the same. At one point I rubbed so hard that i ended up causing skin abrasions and it scabbed over causing another spot for me to have to worry about. This product is not worth the money. I also bought the cleanser recommended with it and still no results. very disappointed!

I purchased this product as I have some dark areas on my face and wanted to see if they would fade. I followed the directions that came with the product. I applied a little dab of the product in a couple of spots. During the application I felt no discomfort but upon washing it off I noticed a lot of tingling on my face. It turns out this product burned my face in the locations where it was applied. I am still recovering and not have even darker spots where it was applied. I would not recomment purchasing this product.

Give this product a chance.. I am a chocolate brown mixed black 25 year old and i have scars onmy face and a serious sun tan for not ever wearing sun block, i felt blacks didnt need it, but it caused me to get too dark, after hawaii for a week then moving to the desert with the beeming sun i knew i needed to do something. I was damn near blue black. So i got this then paris fair and white surum and brightening gel. It works!!!' Thank you creater!! i had scars under my eyes greyish under the skin darkness !! this stuff took it away completely i even got my eye erea to be brighter than my entire face when it was the darkest!! my grandma who called me n my brother racoons because of the darkness around our eyes, asked me how did i get my face so clear, and bright. then was forceful with knowing what i was using and where do i get it... just, Clean your face first! Gently! Then softly apply the salution with a cotton ball or skin brush, be soft and swift. I use this on my face neck shoulders arms fingers chest knees it is awesome, but i dont stop there i have fair and white whiting surum mixed with vitamin e oil, and pairs fair and white brightening cream those together give you i feel Rihanna results... i want bright lighter even skin.. this trifecta does just that without paying over 50 bucks!!? its crazy:) im gona do my stomach next seeing as it helped with the stretch marks (already!!?) on my upper inner arm. Douse you skin after letting it sit for 30 sec to a minute 12x. You will see the difference immediately then after a few; 2-3 days the upper dead skin will roll of with the next washing, a good sweat helps the skin peel.. Workout? ... Moisturize!! Vitamin oil helps for right after. fair and white products help lighten significantly while the peel lightens and cleans the skin then u get the new light skin lighter with the fair and white products... Then inbetween treatments i use the fair ad white lightening surum and brightening cream twice a day on my upper body that gets tanned by the sun and in two weeks these products made me lighter than my original skin tone. Now i want to see if i can do my whole body..! And get two to three more shades lighter.. I want glowy legs... Like my face! Yay...oh remeber once a week!! Stuff is stong and intimidating..be careful first time of the 30 sec rule and gently wash face before, and douse skin with cold water!.. After your first week you will kno your limits..get something to cushion what you did to ur face u put chemicals on it! get some vitamin gel or oil a good moisturizer and if you want super lightening results a lightenig moisturizer/ treatment.. Hope this helps.. Wish someone told me this magic instead of going to an office and paying 500$-1500 for body lightening, and skin evening, like rihanna and beyonce.
