It was really helpful in cutting and deboning meat. I was able to work fast and without any worries of cutting myself.My only issue and a big one was how to clean it after I finished working with it. I tryed soaking it in hot water and soap overnight and it didn't do the job at all. I've seen reviews writing that you can wear disposable gloves on top of the gloves, I havn't tryed this yet but i'm not sure it's not a pure sulotion because the knives will for sure make holes in the disposable gloves.
