That's what got me in trouble with blood work. My B12 was too high in lab work, so don't overuse this stuff. Have a cup of coffee instead. Does not make you shaky, or give you insomnia . Just use it as per directions. I kinda over did it a little, and messed up my B12 levels in my blood work. Won't be doing that again :) Great product.
