Thank You again for your prompt reply and attention to my small issue.June 19, 2022I've used it on my cable for my car cover, today went to unlock it from the end of cable, will NOT Open, using the Right code! Cannot get it off the end of the cable to use it.. Can't even send it back, as it is stuck locked on end of cable.Got this June 1. 2022.. Reset lock combo. Worked fine the first few times used (Not Everyday) Until today.. June 19, 2022

Easy to use a little confusing to change lock code

These are very well made, easy to change the code but they are a little heavy if you need a few of them to close all your zippers on a backpack. Since I’m backpacking in Europe, I need to be conservative with weighty items.

Ordered the multi pack but had trouble with one lock. Customer service was excellent in their response and promptly sent a replacement. Lock set is good quality and easy to use. I like the different colors as it helps me identify one luggage from another. Would definitely recommend this lock set for travel.

These are just perfect for suitcases that don’t come with an inbuilt lock.

It is good product.Only thing that i wished was the wire could’ve been thicker and shorter.But otherwise, good product.

These lock are not hard to set up. The instructions are clear. They will however fail eventually with daily use. The failure will happen most likely on the side that goes into the locking mechanism. It is made up of thick strands of wires wrapped in a thick sheath of plastic. The way my locker was positioned I would constantly pull on that end multiple times a day and it finally gave out. I still like this type of lock and for my needs I decided to buy it again.
