I surprised myself that I spent this much on a duvet as I know my previous one was super cheap and it's been a good duvet, but maybe it was time for a new one and I really couldn't find one anywhere that was what I was after at a cheaper price. Anyway the whole purpose was to be warmer, so am I, well no I'm afraid I don't feel any extra benefit of the 13.5 tog; I have a Teddy Fleece duvet cover on it as well and brushed cotton fitted sheet and I'm still cold!!The duvet is good quality, the cover is thick and crispy cotton (yes it rustles a bit, doesn't bother me and in my experience they do get softer and less noisy) it has quite a loft to it, I am looking forward to when it settles a bit actually because it's not actually touching my body in parts and I think that is making me cold, it's not draping how I would want it to at the moment, it's kind of floating a bit, I think it will settle on time though. The rounded corners on this duvet are a total mistake, they really don't work with a duvet cover, so the corners of the duvet feel empty because of course the duvet cover had square pointed corners, I kind of want to knock another star off for that!So in summary, good quality cotton, stupid corners, too much loft (at the moment) and I'm still cold. I do think it's a tad expensive. I want to give it 3 and a half stars to be totally fair, but I'll have to give it four here. UPDATE: So, none of my duvet covers fit this duvet; these are the same covers that did fit my previous double duvet which is even quite flat now, so it's not the covers. Measured the Snuggledown duvet and it measures only 190cm one way! This is not acceptable for a £70 duvet! I could have got a cheap one if I wanted it undersized but guess what, I've never had a cheap one that was undersized, fancy that! Yes, it seems if you pay premium prices they are going to rip you off and say it's 200x200cm clearly on the description and on the package, but in reality for £70 you get shortchanged. I would say spend your £70 elsewhere, I have wasted that money now, you don't have to. I have used it so I can't send it back, I'm sure Amazon would accept it actually, but I won't do that, but the least I can do is let others know. UPDATE 2: see video 😔 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars NOT Superkingsize *by H***I on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 2 September 2022* After having this item since December 2021, and struggling with covers to fit it over and over ever since, I reread the reviews of this product, also checked the description, which states a super king is 220x260cm, as were all the covers i have tried which didnt fit at all, and read the tag on the duvet which states it is 220x260cm, but i can tell you right now, after finally giving up and measuring it myself, my superking duvet is in fact 210x 230cm. How that is even a thing is beyond me but it's far too late to return it now. It is quite weighty, which I like, and very warm and comfy. It cost about half the same spec item from the manufacturer of my last duvet which is great but the quality appears to be just as good.
