The pillows were rigid, unable to clasp my ladies watches, small wrist Do these really compress to clasp ladies watches?** A: If you have a very small wrist probably wont work for u.. its sturdier on the sides can squeeze a little in the middle for my tighter watches. For the leather and silicon shouldnt have a problem. Also for some tighter one's I just left the clasp open in the back u cant tell when its in the case. **Q: Will this case hold the larger 52-63 invicta watches???** A: The slots may not be large enough for your watches. **Q: What are the internal dimentions of the entire cavity and do the dividers come out?** A: YES the dividers will come out if you want. Also the pillows are removable. I have many enamel bangle bracelets and use this to store them, it is perfect. The dimensions inside the cavity are 10.5"x16.5". **Q: do the squre divider/inserts come out? I want to use this for displaying watches + cufflinks/tiebars, so would need to remove 1/4 or so** A: The little"pillows" come out but I don't think the deviders do. You found it! I searched and searched, read countless reviews. There are many that look the same. I had read some horror stories about some, so I saw this one, read the reviews and took a chance. Didn't want to spend a fortune, but wanted quality. My watch box arrived today and I could not be happier. It is perfect! Very well packaged and it is beautiful. So very happy. Lock latch is perfectly aligned, faux leather is very nice and stitching is precise. Mine has no flaws at all. Pillows fit in snug and allow you position the watches just right. I can fit my larger watches, like 46mm Zodiac Speed Dragon Chronograph, which is actually much wider thatn 46mm with large crown. I don't think it would be a good box for the super big watches, but there are other boxes out there for those. But the XL boxes in this price range are crap. I was worried my 45 & 46mm watches wouldn't fit, but they do and look great, not jammed in there. But again of you wear the 50mm+ watches get anther box. Personally, I find those gaudy and pretentious, but that's just me. My watch range from 40mm to 46mm and I am a big guy so, the point is they all fit perfectly!!! The glass on the closing lid is quality and clear. The lid stays up on its own, which is nice. Locking mechanism is tight and comes with two keys. It wouldn't stop someone really determined, but then they would just grab the whole box. It is certainly a deterent, if you need that. This is such a nice box and honestly, with the watches inside looks like a much more expensive display box. Easily looks like you paid $100+. Especially if you have nice watches in it. Your rolex's won't look out of place at all. Personally, I don't own any Rolex watches ha ha, but my Victorinox's, Zodiac, Torgoen, Bulova, Tag's, Wenger, Seiko's, etc. (my all under $1000 each) collection looks fantastic. Buy this now! Stop all your searching and reading comments, many of the pics look the same. This is the real deal, actual quality real shaped and firm watch pillows, excellent packaging for shipping and absolutely gorgeous for the price. Seriously, you will not regret it.
