So far it seems to do a good job cleaning my skin, though it does not prevent breakouts. I don't get very many as is, but I still get some, even after using this.The one disappointment is that the heads do NOT spin like I thought they were supposed to. They just vibrate, but if that's good enough for my toothbrush it's probably okay for my facial brush too.
