Perfect! Seriously don’t waste your money elsewhere
Bought these for the intercom for me and my wife on a street glide. Install was a piece of cake. Quality is excellent. Sound quality is very good and the cool thing is when you are up intercom and have gps or a call on your phone it automatically switches back and forth with it and each rider hears tones so you don’t have to worry about switching back and forth. Trust me. These are worth it

Easy 5 star first impression
First impression is great. Buttons feel robust, good positive click when pressed. The buttons are also spread out on the device so you dont fat finger or screw around with gloves on which is super nice and other brands havent figured that out. Sound quality is way better than expected for a cheap bt set. If youre a sound snob buy something else but if you just want to be able to hear it clearly and loudly it does just fine. Not gunna win any awards but it does the job. Really like that they give you multiple mic options and after a couple calls I have good feedback on my voice quality on their end. They used quality 3m double stick tape on the mount which is good to see. Great first impression. If it passes a longevity and durability test its an easy 5 stars. Will update after riding in the wet muddy nasty NW Washington trails and after some months of use but seems robust at first inspection.

Good product for the money.
I purchased this product to both communicate with another rider, or a rear seat passenger. Packaged arrived with no issues. Product was packaged in a nice 2 piece container that I keep the devices in when not in use. After purchase and changing/ setup, I rode with another rider 10 plus hours round trip to key west florida. Rode at highway speeds and in town speeds. The following are pros and cons.Pros: packaged great. Comes with two microphones. One for a full face and one for open/half helmet configuration. Comes with two ways to install the units. A spring type clip and a double sided tape clip for outside of the helmet. I used the spring clip, the other rider used the taped clip. Both stayed on no problem even in the rain. The spring type clip may cause a problem as it may touch the side of your head. Comes with two round speakers with double sided/ Velcro attachments. Speakers are loud enough at highway speeds with my earplugs in. Comes with easy to set up instructions and charging cord. For less than 100.00 bucks for the pair , this was a great alternative to the more costly systems.Cons: not really made for an open helmet as wind noise was way too much. I’m sure a full face would be much quieter. Wish there were two cords to charge both at same time. Buy another cheap cord. Had to use a motorcycle face mask with the microphone inside of that next to my mouth to be heard. The microphone shaft if too weak to stay in place at highway speeds so the mask was mandatory. Also, there is no way to mount the speakers on a half helmet so I just placed them over my ears inside the motorcycle face mask. It worked, but if they slide around you will not be able to hear. If you have a half helmet the wind noise is too much and will overpower your voice causing your other rider/passenger to hear the wind all of the time. This is not a VOX setup. Your mike and the other rider/ passenger’s mike is always hot so remember that. Also, if the other rider has a stereo on their bike, you will hear their music all of the time as the mike is “on.” So that causes you to turn your radio up which the other rider hears as well. Also, speakers are “tinny” sounding as other reviewers have stated but clear sounding. The range is a couple blocks at Best.

One of the best investments in a while!!
4 month update: Still loving these. I find I use mine mostly for music and phone as 90% of the time I ride solo. One of my original CONS was volume. Apparently, I just didnt know how to turn the volume up. No longer an issue. Scared me to death when I accidentally turned it up and my son said something. Sounded like he was on my bike yelling in my ear!! Second CON I listed is the clip. Still a CON in my mind, but I just make sure I check to make sure its clicked in before every ride. Phone quality on this unit is insane. Spent almost an hour on the phone with a customer while riding at freeway speeds, with sun visor down but main visor up for airflow. About 20 minutes into the conversation, customer asks me if I can remote in to show him how to do something. I couldnt help but laugh as I told him it would be difficult as I was on the road on my motorcycle. He said he had absolutely no clue I was not sitting in my office. NO wind noise, no cutouts.I also have these on my spare helmet, and as of a couple days ago, for my wife's. All in all, this is a great device. I will update again after more use :) *** original review ***My son is a beginning rider, so bought this for the two of us to stay in contact while riding. So far, I am loving these after 3 rides.Pros:- VERY easy to install. The velcro for attaching is insanely sticky, so try not to touch it if you can help it, and make sure that where you put it is REALLY where you want it. You only get one shot- very thin speakers. My helmet is snug, and these tuck in beautifully- adaptable! We both use modular helmets, so the boom mike tucks into the helmet nicely when closed. Also comes with a full-face helmet speaker, but can't tell you much about that one.- Battery life - we rode 250 miles Sunday, leaving at 8am, and getting home at 5pm (lots of stops, just enjoying life). Helmets were on all day. Battery was still going strong.- Appearance - I love the 3m attached clip, instead of the bolt on that everyone seems to use. Makes it very clean.- Sound - I am split on this. I am a little hard of hearing, but was still able to hear my son at 55mph on a VERY windy day. My helmet is on the cheap side so I get some wind noise around the modular. I would not say I could have a full running conversation on my side, but he had no problem hearing me at any time. Either way, we were able to communicate what was important ("Hey, check out that bike!" "Watch out for sand on this corner" "DEER!!!")Cons- Volume - wish it could be a little louder (see notes in PROS above)- Clip - make sure it snaps all the way in, and check it often. When I sit my helmet down on the seat too hard, it sometimes pushes it JUST enough that it is no longer locked into the clip. Curved seat, and unit sitting low on the helmet. As long as you are aware, its fine, and the headphone jack held it the one time it came loose. Just check it every now and than.Overall, this thing works well. Bought a 3rd unit for my passenger helmet, but havent linked them yet. I drive a Shadow with intact stock exhaust, so rumbles but now loud. Son has a rebel that has OK pipes but is a loud engine. Last ride was very windy, and we could still talk, so these get a solid A- to low A. Great value.
