The directions are very hard to understand, but we did get it figured out in about 10 minutes. One of his buttons kept getting stuck, not sure if it was an internal problem or something that got on the watch, but I was easily able to take it apart and unstick the button. You can tell it was cheaply made, but that was ok because we have a 9 year old boy who is kind of rough on his things.
