It came with all the accessories and gifts stated in the description, very generous of the company! Typical shipping was about 3 weeks, which is normal since it is an import item and must be cleared through customs. The customer service and prompt email responses were great. I highly recommend this company. The guzheng has a beautiful sounds and resonance. My only problem was that the nylon bag my guzheng was in had a 6 inch tear in it.
