It does shed a bit, I had wanted to see if I was prepared to go back to having short blonde hair again as Ive been growing mine for the past 5 years, so it was a great alternative to see what the general consensus was.( mostly positive, and many did not think it was a wig at all!)I will be keeping my hair long and dark, lol, BUT this is great for those days I want a change, and for summer. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Pretty good wig, however... *by R***2 on July 15, 2016* The color was slightly off. The wig is a good length for additional trimming and such, but I had to wash it since it came pre-styled. It takes to heat well, but I've only blowdried it on a low setting. I have not attempted to straighten or curl it. The wig is made well, doesn't shed a lot, but styling for updo's can be tedious, given that you will have to style against the natural pull of the hairs' direction. But I'm knocking one star off because there's one significant design flaw, the liner, which is black, sticks out below the hairline, so unless you can style the bangs in a way that they're hanging down and yet not blocking your face, you can see the black line across it and it's obviously a wig.
