It has doubled the life of every motor I have ever used it in. Works very well in differentials and other gear based applications where Superior protection is necessary. I use it in my callac CTS V and the performance is Phenomenal. This reduced oil consumption by more than half. I also saw a reduction of oil seeping around the valve gasket. I used to wipe it clean around once a year but now maybe every 3 years. I use synthetic with Hyperlube and my engine has never ran smoother and quieter. Startups are much quicker resulting in less drain on the battery. There may have been a slight 1 mpg increase as well. It's not as thick as STP oil treatment but fairly thick, so people afraid of thickening their oil too much may want to switch to a lighter weight oil if they want to try Hyperlube. I think the majority of people will notice improvements on older engines.
