My grandson complained that his sandwich froze, even though the ice pack was on one side of the bottle and the sandwich on the other. To avoid this we now put a large fabric napkin between the bottle and his snack/sandwich. Since this could be an asset OR a liability, depending on what you put in it, I haven't changed the star rating.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Stitching opened up on bottom seam after a few months use. My wife sewed it up by hand (NOT easy getting a needle thru neoprene!). The print is very nice and it washes and dries well. Contents stay cold for at least several hours (even in southern Florida) w/small ice pack.
