It does take some time trying to her it through his hair but it gets the job done. It by no means looks pretty, but he is able to get comfort and relief from them. I am a vet tech and feel comfortable using them since I clip wounds/mats out at my job. But for an owner who has never used clippers id get better quality ones. You pay for what you get, and i personally won't purchase these again.
