I received in timely manner considering covid virus, bit did not open until today when i finally got to have my grandkids over (again because of covid). I opened and there was a gaping hole on an area where it was not seamed. I realize these things happen in mass production but of course i just missed window to return and get another. Since customers are expected to be patient with your extended shipping times at this time, I feel the same should be extended to your customers, but I now have no way to let you know about the defective product except in a review. There was a hole along the seam, the valve where the hose connects leaks constantly and half of the water streams spray away from the splash pad into the grass. Very disappointed. Appears to be a cheaply made product. I would not recommend this product. If you are reviewing this product without TESTING IT OUT FIRST you are skewing the ratings!
