A: I just know liposomal melatonin crosses blood brain barrier so is supposed to work much better. My dr recommended. I have been using it 3 years

This stuff works!! You get sleepy in about 15 minutes and sleep for hours. I have struggled for years after working nights and had menopause! Using an array of things from Dr. I change up. BUT IT SEEMS the 1.7 bottle has gone to a 1 oz! Same pricing!! WTF, it's expensive enough. I'm going to try others that are cheaper
