I suspect many may not like the idea that it's essentially metric for measurements. We did buy a digital scale with conversions, so that helps. Once running, the display is cycling a lot. Don't know why that happens? Seems to make the bread OK, and it's good.

Probably one of my better purchases. I’ve used it many, many times and it makes wonderful bread and doughs. I’ve had a lot of fun trying out recipes and since the COVID-19 lock down, it’s been a life saver. Apparently it can make yogurt, cake and jam as well, but I’ve not tried to make those. Not particularly noisy, not fussy and works great. I recommend.

I can't say we have a lot of experience yet.Observations: One button is for start and stop which is pretty silly.Trying to program it is bit a of a pain in the neck.The cord is kind of short.I wonder how long the bucket is going to last - it's made of lightweight aluminum andthe paddle assembly is riveted in place. We'll see...

Love the bread machine. Would recommend offering a larger basket. I would love to see a 2 1/2 to 3 pound capacity.Also wish the timer would stay on my choice so I didn’t have to reprogram every load.It’s a great machine, and I’ll be buying a couple more.

I had a Cuisinart that I used twice, it malfunctioned on the second use. After returning and getting my money back, I found this gem! It’s AWESOME, no burning on the lightest setting with the inside being raw and after multiple uses, it has not gotten so hot that the lid melted off and fell in my sink!! Very impressed with the brand, ease of operation, end results of the breads, and the pricing!

The brief instruction manual is so brief that you have to guess at the baking time. Altho it has a setting for different types of bread, the recipes don't indicate how long it will take for a loaf of bread to bake. It's been trial and error. The upside is that I like the sleek, compact look and ease of cleaning. If it came with a decent manual, it'd be perfect!

So far we are still learning but the last bread was fantastic. We are trying out different yeasts and flours. So far so good. Beautiful machine.
