### ⭐ Cheap Product / Poor Customer Service

These are super cute but not comfortable. The fleece collars aren't sewn correctly so they stick out rather than lying down. I ordered two pairs and collars have the same problem. Before these were shipped, I tried to cancel the order but the merchant replied that they had already been shipped (not true) and suggested I give them away as a gift if I didn't like them, rather than returning. There reason - mailing back would be too expensive.Cheap price often means cheap quality. In this case, it proves true. Don't waste your money.

Love these cute boots!  They run a size smaller then I normally wear but they had an amazing customer service department who quickly replaced. I will be back for sure!!  Thank you!
