Just missing some key nutritional info *by Z***S on June 28, 2016* Works great for insomnia, pretty well for anxiety but sometimes that pushes it more towards the sleepy spectrum. Magnolia Bark is thought to work because of a substance called Honokiol that is in it. I wish this showed what Honokiol was standardized for but if I guess 1 percent standardization 3 of these pills would carry the 25mg dose that tests have shown to be most effective. This product is great and for a great price just wish they would show more information about the standardization of the products so i can be exactly sure I'm getting the dosage that I need.
