**Q: Do you have to freeze these ?**
A: They ship them out frozen but my last two shipments have e arrived with the dry ice evaporated and buns thawed.  They are the best buns (purchased 3-times) the price has gone up from $67, $88, and now $90.  Not sure if I'll purchase again with the small amount of dry ice used in shipping and large increase in cost.

We have a grandson who has been dairy free and gluten free for his life. Finding thesehas been a HUGE help. He can have great breakfast sandwiches, other sandwiches - anytime,because we fill up the freezer drawer with these Rotellas Italian Bakery Gluten Free Hamburger Buns.We absolutely love being able to purchase these in the 24 per case. They come packaged amazingly well with dry ice. They are still frozen when we open the box. My grandson really likes the taste. 100% win - win! Thank you!!

Ordered for my adult son who is a chef. His quote “not to bad”. Most all gluten free bread is a very poor substitute for the real thing. He said this was good for hamburgers. I do think they are very pricey.
