The case makes for easy storage or display. The handle is shaped well for easy handling. The weight is not excessive, but just right for cutting without having to use to much force. The knife has very good overall balance. It feels solid and easy to control. This blade is probably the sharpest edge I have ever used. It was amazing right out of the box. I have used it to cut rib roast, to cut chicken, and to slice and chop vegetables.
