These headphones are of decent quality from an audio perspective. However, if anything goes wrong there is absolutely zero after-sales support. No parts for the main ear buds although you can get a generic replacement cable. I would understand this if they were old but I've been using them daily for only two months now and this issue has been getting worse for the last two or three weeks. The sound quality has been wonderful but since I only use earbuds when I'm outside walking or generally in public places, I would prefer they look decent.
