For me working outside really takes its toll on my face and by the end of the day it can often times be not only dirty, but beat up and in need of some TLC. What I love about the facial cleansing pads is that they aren't really just for women. I use them solely to clean my face after a long day of work, and usually post shower to ensure my face was able to get the best possible results. The pads also feel quite good on your skin, although if you are plagued by dry skin I do believe these may remove what little moisture you may have in the skin so be sure to hydrate the skin following using the cleansing pads.I will say the directions on the side of the jar are different from those on the lid which can be a bit confusing, but understanding what's best for your body, and how you use that to your advantage is something you need to pick up yourself. With that in mind I fully recommend this product, male or female, very active or not as it is a solid product, fair priced, and has a solid bang for its buck.
